The TeleArk Guarantee applies to 90 day “Appointment Setting Campaigns.”. The TeleArk Guarantee protection will not apply to any prevailing government fees and lead generation fees exceeding $250, Appointment Setting campaigns that are less than 90 days and/or supplemental campaigns. To activate TeleArk Guarantee both the ‘Client” and TeleArk must mutually agree on the number of Appointments that need to be set in the 90 day campaign. To submit a TeleArk Guarantee claim, visit your TeleArk Client Portal and complete all the information required on the TeleArk Guarantee claim form. I wanted to share some thoughts with everyone as we prepare for the New Year.  I hope you take a 5 minute break and read the following as I hope that you have a successful 2010.
 
The New Year is few days away and already the anxiety and excitement is building. As many seek refuge from the negativity of the media, others look ahead to new beginnings.  The down economy continues and some economists feel it will even get worst. Selling professionals and management will need to be even more efficient and more productive next year. Here are some of the areas that will be affected:
